Salary Package: $80,280 per annum (including $72,000 salary + 11.5% superannuation)
Work Hours: 38 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support (IT) Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive IT support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across our organization. This role is crucial in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and implementing strategies to enhance system performance, security, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and support IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
✔ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and clients.
✔ Maintain and update software, hardware, and network systems.
✔ Ensure security protocols and best practices are implemented and followed.
✔ Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements.
✔ Document and track technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
✔ Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and technology implementations.
✔ Train employees on IT tools, security protocols, and system usage.
✔ Research and implement new technologies to optimize IT operations.
